Air Hog - not worth the money February 28, 2010

This was purchased as a Christmas gift for our 6 yr old. He played with it for about 20 minutes and was done. It's very sensitive to the surface you place it on (wall or floor) and had a hard time following the laser guide. Good idea, quality not there yet.

The car was not very good, it took forever to charge, and would get stuck on the smallest imperfection on the wall. It also did not follow the light very well, and even though the cars are different colors, the lights are all the same color, so you can not really run more then 1 at a time close to each other. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The laser is fun for our dog cuz she like s to run after the light. Otherwise the kids are bored with the one that they opened and I will be returning the second one as it is a waste of money.

The car does not respond to the laser very well and charging can sometimes be a challenge. Kids have used for a total of 5 minutes since receiving two weeks ago. The car with a true remote control may be a better choice.

My son had requested this toy for christmas. I was skeptical, but ordered it anyway. Christmas morning I was pleasantly surprised. He loves it.
